It's about mapping the coins sold on the exchange to relatives... then having the relatives withdraw the coins from the exchange into a wallet... the relatives then lock the coins... completing the operation... from cashing out the coins to transferring them to a wallet, completing the conversion. The final outcome is... the person selling the coins makes money, but the coins they lock up in their own wallet don't earn anything, and the coins still end up back in the project team's hands.
