In the production workshop of Zhejiang Jingcheng Smart Home Co., Ltd., workers skillfully operate equipment, with processes such as cutting, polishing, and assembly closely linked, gradually forming prototypes of bamboo and wood furniture and kitchenware. As a foreign trade company mainly engaged in bamboo and wood furniture, kitchenware, and bathroom products, the company exports high-quality products overseas, maintaining a saturated order volume year-round.

“Before the holiday, we worked until the 27th of the lunar month with hardly any free time,” said Ye Liangcui, head of production at the company. Since resuming work after the holiday, new orders have been coming in continuously, with additional orders scheduled until the end of June, and production lines running at full capacity. It is encouraging that the company’s employee retention rate exceeds 90%, with most employees returning on time, ensuring smooth delivery of orders. It is reported that the company will further expand capacity to help upgrade the local bamboo and wood industry.

Similarly, Zhejiang Wild Boar Forest Outdoor Products Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is also full of enthusiasm. The company’s new production workshop is spacious and bright, with various production equipment operating in an orderly manner, and workers are fully engaged in producing outdoor leisure products. Company leader Lin Mengjian said that the enterprise resumed work on the sixth day of the Lunar New Year first, and compared to the old factory area, the new factory has a better environment and upgraded equipment, significantly increasing production capacity.

“Thanks to the new factory, we expect this year’s output value to grow by more than 20%,” Lin Mengjian said confidently. It is understood that the company focuses on the design, research and development, production, and sales of outdoor leisure products, mainly employing local staff, with a current attendance rate of two-thirds. To address the current shortage of sewing workers, the company has launched warm-hearted measures, providing free training for job seekers to help quickly fill the labor gap and fully strive for the new year’s goals.

A new chapter begins in the Year of the Horse, and now is the time to forge ahead.
