*ST Songfa announces that its subsidiary, Hengli Shipbuilding (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hengli Shipbuilding”), has recently signed and become effective on a contract for the construction of two Cape-sized bulk carriers. The total contract amount is approximately $140 million to $200 million.
