Shenzhen Pinghu Laboratory (National Center for Innovation in Third-Generation Semiconductor Technology Shenzhen Comprehensive Platform) Director Wan Yuxi stated that after three years of construction, the comprehensive platform is now capable of providing all-round services for research and pilot production of high-end power semiconductor materials and devices, including research on new products, development of domestic software tools, and verification of equipment components.
