On the early morning of February 28th, Kudi Coffee issued a statement in response to improper handling of materials related to Wang Yibo, stating that some stores mishandled the disposal of expired materials from the partnership, and expressing sincere apologies for this.

Recently, we have noticed that some stores mishandled the disposal of materials related to the expiration of our partnership. We sincerely apologize for this.
Our collaboration with Mr. Wang Yibo has concluded successfully. During the partnership, Mr. Wang Yibo’s professionalism, dedication, and support for the brand have always been deeply appreciated and respected. We sincerely apologize to Mr. Wang Yibo, his fans, and our consumers for the improper actions of certain stores.
After the incident, we took immediate action:
Terminated cooperation with the involved stores and closed them;
Strengthened store training, further standardized material recycling procedures, upgraded inspection and supervision mechanisms to prevent similar incidents from happening again;
Enhanced brand management, adopting a more rigorous attitude towards every partner and consumer.
We sincerely welcome public oversight, are committed to making improvements, and once again apologize for the negative impact caused by this incident.
