Reuters Finance APP News, Haowen Holdings (08019) announced that on March 1, 2026, the company entered into a supplemental memorandum of understanding with Chengmai Junli.
The supplemental memorandum of understanding includes (but is not limited to): (i) the company’s plan to sell up to 106 million new shares through a placing agent under a special authorization (accounting for approximately 22.94% of the enlarged issued share capital); and (ii) Chengmai Junli’s intention to subscribe for up to 106 million new shares to be issued and allotted in connection with the possible placing.
The directors believe that the potential subscription and placing are opportunities to raise additional funds to meet the group’s general working capital needs and to strengthen the group’s financial position. The directors are confident that these transactions will be beneficial to the group’s long-term development and will broaden its shareholder and capital base, thereby driving future growth and business development.
