Time > Money. Renting out your time will never make you rich; you need leverage — code, capital, or media.
Judgment is the real meta-skill. In an age of information overload, judgment is more important than effort.
Desire is a contract to be unhappy. Happiness is a state of "no lack," not getting more, but wanting less.
You're a planning monkey. Don't take yourself too seriously, but be extremely serious about your health and relationships.
Hard choices, easy life. When facing difficult decisions, choose the path that is more painful in the short term.
You only live twice — the second life begins the moment you realize you only have one life.
