At the launch event, Cai Ting, Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager of Ping An Life, introduced the company’s work over the past year and future directions. By 2025, Ping An Life will continue to promote the “Three Savings Project” under the philosophy of “Professionalism, Making Life Simpler”: First, redefine “good insurance” by launching the “Tianping An” insurance + service solution; second, upgrade the “Good Benefits” by revitalizing the “Enjoy Ping An” customer benefits system, covering over a hundred value-added services across four high-frequency scenarios: sports, children’s education, entertainment, and health management; third, systematically ensure “Good Development” by launching a new agent brand—“Insurance Wellness Advisor.”
Looking ahead to 2026, Cai Ting stated that Ping An Life will focus on two main directions: first, customer-centricity—“serving customers as if they were family,” using the “Insurance Wellness Advisor” as a link to deeply meet customers’ needs for wealth, health, and retirement throughout their lifecycle, truly achieving “peace for every family”; second, talent-based development—“managing teams as if managing marriages,” fully launching the “Talents Program,” recruiting top talents globally across industries, and building a “professional, career-oriented, elite” insurance wellness advisor “dream team.”
Chen Binghui, General Manager of the Headquarters Team Development and Training Department, analyzed the strategic framework of the “Talents Program.” The plan centers on the “1234” strategy (1 major brand positioning, 2 core value orientations, 3 identity empowerment, 4-dimensional system support), driven by the fundamental law of “good development, high returns, comprehensive protection,” to create the “Ten Advantages” in four dimensions: career development, skill enhancement, customer service, and product coverage, ensuring high-quality transformation of the team. It also reconstructs the “dual-track development channels” for individuals and organizations—cultivating “business partners” through personal sales routes for hierarchical promotion, and nurturing “insurance entrepreneurs” through organizational development routes to build a flat, efficient organization.
At the launch event, two insurance wellness advisor representatives shared their career transformation and advancement paths.
Ping An Life stated that in the future, the company will continue to deepen the “Three Excellence” strategy of “improving, enhancing, and nurturing” the team, continuously strengthen the high-quality talent pipeline, improve the “Talents Program” training system, attract more high-caliber talents, and jointly fulfill the mission of “making every family safe,” injecting innovative momentum into the high-quality development of China’s insurance industry.
