Brazil initiates anti-dumping investigation on Chinese laminated flat glass
On February 20, 2026, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade, and Services of Brazil issued Notice No. 14 of 2026, in response to an application submitted by the Brazilian Glass Industry Association on April 30, 2025, to initiate anti-dumping investigations on laminated flat glass originating from China. The customs tariff code for the involved products in MERCOSUR is 7007.29.00. The dumping investigation period is from January 2024 to December 2024, and the injury investigation period is from January 2020 to December 2024. The notice takes effect from the date of issuance.
