Intel Core G3 Series Handheld "Panther Lake" Processor Delayed to Late Q2 2026

Tech Home, February 6 — Insider @GoldenPigUpgrade revealed yesterday that the handheld version of Intel’s “Panther Lake” processors (Note: referred to as the Core G3 series) has been delayed, with the launch pushed back to the mid-to-late second quarter of 2026.

This timeframe roughly corresponds to May or June of this year, and early June coincides with this year’s COMPUTEX Taipei International Computer Show.

Based on previous leaks, the Core G3 series is based on the “H12Xe” variant of “Panther Lake,” with the following specifications:

Core G3: CPU with 2P + 8E + 4LP-E cores, performance cores up to 4.6GHz; GPU is the 10Xe Arc B360, with a frequency of up to 2.2GHz;

Core G3 Extreme: CPU with 2P + 8E + 4LP-E cores, performance cores up to 4.7GHz; GPU is the 12Xe Arc B380, with a frequency of up to 2.3GHz.
