Due to the combined impact of macroeconomic environment, industry conditions, and financing environment, Sunshine City Group’s liquidity has experienced temporary tension. As of the disclosure date, the company has a total of 65.601 billion yuan in overdue principal payments.

Among them, $2.244 billion in principal on offshore public market bonds was not paid on time, and 16.463 billion yuan in principal on domestic public market bonds was not paid on time. The company will respond to creditor demands and coordinate funding to develop a resolution plan.

Regarding lawsuits, in addition to previously disclosed cases, Sunshine City Group has received a total of 0.09 billion yuan in court enforcement documents involving new cases over the past twelve months. The company is deciding whether to file objections based on the enforcement content.

Additionally, the company and its controlling subsidiaries are negotiating about matters totaling approximately 17.371 billion yuan. The total amount of ongoing and negotiated cases is 59.005 billion yuan. Due to related disputes, the company and some controlling subsidiaries have been listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement.
