Columbus Circle Capital raises $230 million in IPO By Investing.com

Columbus Circle Capital Corp. II successfully completed its initial public offering, raising $230 million by selling 23 million units at $10 each, including units from the over-allotment option. The units, which began trading on Nasdaq on February 11, 2026, consist of Class A ordinary shares and redeemable warrants. Cohen & Company Capital Markets led the offering for the blank check company, which plans to pursue mergers or acquisitions.
