If you want your child to develop a leadership mindset from an early age, the first step is for parents to truly believe that their child has this potential. Many parents, upon hearing the word "leader," feel that it is too far removed from an ordinary child. Because of this mindset, it becomes difficult for the child to grow in that direction. In fact, the key is not how grand the goal is, but whether one is willing to consciously cultivate it. Don't always think that this is a difficult task; instead, guide your child step by step in daily life, help them broaden their horizons, elevate their perspective, and expose them to content with depth and strength. Gradually, this will help them develop higher aspirations and a more steadfast mindset. A child's temperament and outlook are not formed overnight but are developed through long-term accumulation, which also depends on continuous trust and support from parents.
