Abstract generation in progress

Ashford Hospitality Trust (AHT) recently sold its 150-room Embassy Suites Houston Near the Galleria for approximately $13.1 million in net cash proceeds. The majority of these proceeds, about $12.9 million, were used to reduce a mortgage loan covering 14 other hotels, contributing to a leaner balance sheet and a non-recurring gain. Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, rates AHT as Neutral due to weak financial performance despite improving free cash flow and positive short-term technicals.
