Converting staked Ethereum into sustainable USD yield doesn't require chasing every new incentive program. Here's a streamlined approach that works:

Start by supplying wstETH on Morpho's lending pool. From there, borrow vbUSDC while keeping your LTV conservative—aim for 50-60% range rather than maxing out. This buffer protects you from sudden market swings.

Next, put that borrowed vbUSDC to work by providing concentrated liquidity on Sushi for the vbUSDC/wETH pair. Tight band positioning means better fee capture on the specific price range you're targeting.

Stake your LP tokens to unlock programmatic rewards. The combination compounds—you're earning lending yields, swap fees, and incentive rewards from a single capital deployment.

The key is discipline: this setup generates real dollar flows without overextending on leverage or constantly rotating between flavor-of-the-month protocols.

It sounds good, but I've seen this logic too many times. Every cycle, someone uses "discipline" and "sustainable" to justify leverage, only to end up dying on some sudden liquidation line. True dollar flow never requires so many layers...

To be honest, this combination does look pretty good, but the key is to stay disciplined. I really dislike those degens blindly adding leverage; a 50-60% LTV is definitely much more stable. Morpho borrows vbUSDC and then uses Sushi for LP, stacking multiple layers of yield... It sounds simple, but the actual operation still requires careful attention. But the biggest fear is that one day Sushi's liquidity suddenly collapses...

Once again, it's the same old story: wstETH nested with Morpho and then Sushi. To put it nicely, it's just multi-layered nested risks.

NGL Morpho + Sushi, I've been playing this combo for a while, just worried that one day a link might break... but honestly, it's much more stable than those who constantly leverage to the limit.

ngl, this set of strategies looks solid, but how many people can truly stick to it without greed?
