Glad Elon took over X. Looking at how BlueSky operates, I can see the blueprint now—this is probably what the vision was supposed to be all along. A decentralized social platform that actually gives users control over their own experience. The contrast between the two approaches really highlights what's possible when you rethink platform governance from the ground up.

Bluesky indeed has a different approach, but to be honest, who is really using it... it still feels mostly like a gimmick.

Centralization and decentralization are really two different paths. Bluesky looks comfortable, but it's hard to say how long it will last.

I've been listening to the theory of decentralized governance for five years, and I just want to see how long Bluesky's daily active users can sustain. According to data, last year's DAU was only a few million, compared to X's hundreds of millions... The blueprint you mentioned seems more like an ideal country setting to me.

Hmm... BlueSky seems promising, but can it really get off the ground? I feel like it still depends on whether they can retain users in the future.
