How does Web3 prove that you are human?

Don't you think AI will destroy the world? Just like I can't tell if the customer service on the phone is a real person or AI, whether the articles are written by AI or by a human?

Although there are tools available now to detect AI components, AI can still "counter-detect" and bypass these checks, leading to an infinite layering that ultimately makes it indistinguishable for anyone.

But Web3 seems to have a technology that can determine from the source that you are a "person"...
