Morgan Asset Manager Says U.S. Stocks Poised for Further Gains, Expects 22%+ Earnings Growth in 2026

According to Jack Caffrey of Morgan Asset Management, U.S. equities remain well-positioned to withstand any sharp pullback, supported by robust corporate earnings growth. Caffrey projects corporate earnings will grow 22% or higher in 2026, and expects similar growth rates to persist into 2027. "This is truly an earnings-driven story," Caffrey said, adding he remains bullish on current equity valuations despite signals suggesting the market may have appreciated significantly.
