According to a Gaza police statement released on May 23, Israeli military airstrikes on a police headquarters in northern Gaza killed five officers. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli drones fired two missiles at the location, followed by explosions. Gaza's health ministry confirmed that local hospitals received five bodies and treated six wounded personnel. The Israeli military has not yet commented on the incident.
