According to Jin10, on May 23, Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian met with Pakistan's Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir and stated that Israel is the only force attempting to gain regional interests through inciting war. Pezeshkian said Iran has demonstrated its commitment to international law frameworks, adding that the U.S. will not win in the conflict and all regions will bear serious losses. He emphasized that Iran is merely seeking to restore its nation's legitimate rights while maintaining caution based on past negotiation experiences. Pakistani Army Chief Munir responded that Israel's interests are built on Muslim divisions in the region and opposes any efforts to resolve conflicts and establish regional stability.
