Everclear Cross-Chain Protocol to Shut Down Operations After Funding Depletion

According to Foresight News, cross-chain settlement protocol Everclear will cease operations including its foundation, lab, and product development. The protocol's core cross-chain solver business failed to achieve sufficient commercial depth and was unable to convert trading volume into meaningful revenue. The team shifted to a B2B2C model to partner with major industry players over the past six months, but partners' onboarding timelines extended beyond available resources. The foundation exhausted its funding before key partnerships could launch. If remaining funds cover all liabilities, the team will consider repurchasing existing tokens in the range of $50,000 to $200,000.
