EU Allows Warships to Seize Russian Oil Tankers; China Opposes Unilateral Sanctions

China's Foreign Ministry stated it opposes illegal unilateral sanctions lacking international legal basis or UN Security Council authorization, calling for resolution through dialogue and consultation.
