März, die an der NASDAQ gelistete Private-Equity-Investmentgesellschaft Hamilton Lane (Aktiencode HLNE) kündigte eine strategische Investition in die Blockchain-Investmentplattform Republic an. Der genaue Investitionsbetrag wurde nicht bekannt gegeben, Republic hat derzeit eine Gesamtfinanzierung von etwa 202 Millionen US-Dollar erreicht. Ziel dieser Investition ist es, die Zusammenarbeit in den Bereichen Tokenisierung, Vertrieb und die Erweiterung der Zugangswege für Privatanleger zum Private-Equity-Markt zu stärken. Zuvor hatten Hamilton Lane und Republic bereits zusammengearbeitet, indem Republic die Hamilton Lane Private Infrastructure Fund (HLPIF) Plattform für Privatanleger anbietet.
