Odaily星球日报讯与忠清北道警察厅签有合作协议、长期代理警察损害赔偿诉讼的一名 40 多岁律师，因侵占和解金并用于虚拟货币投资，被法院判处有罪。

清州地方法院刑事独任法官于 1 月 24 日裁定，该律师在代理 3 名警察针对妨碍公务嫌疑人提起的民事索赔案件中，于 2021 年 4 月案件经法院调解结案后，私自截留对方支付的 600 万韩元和解金，并存入个人账户用于加密货币投资，构成业务侵占罪，判处罚金 1000 万韩元。

法院指出，被告作为律师侵占委托人财产，行为性质恶劣，但鉴于其已认罪并表示悔过，且此前无犯罪前科，故作出上述量刑决定。
