Jensen Huang predicts that Agentic AI will completely transform the manufacturing, logistics, and other real economy sectors
According to Beating Monitoring, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang appeared at the ServiceNow Knowledge 2026 conference for the third consecutive year, sharing the stage with ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott, emphasizing that “Agentic AI” (agentic AI) will bring the biggest transformation in the history of the software industry. The services industry is 100 times the size of the software industry. AI is no longer just about thinking—it must truly take action and execute enterprise work. NVIDIA itself uses ServiceNow to significantly accelerate its supercomputer configuration process, shortening it from 5 days to 5 minutes. Huang said that the computing demand for Agentic AI has grown by 1000% compared with generative AI two years ago, which will fundamentally change real-economy sectors such as manufacturing and logistics.
ServiceNow has launched the AI Control Tower governance platform, Project Arc sandbox, Otto unified entry point, and Action Fabric execution engine, helping enterprises securely deploy and manage AI Agents—controlling AI permissions like managing employees, and avoiding risks such as AI going out of control and deleting databases. The FedEx case shows that it runs 5 million ServiceNow workflows every month and treats AI Agents as digital employees under strict governance. Jensen Huang predicts that the entire factory will be “operated by robots, managed by more robots, and the whole factory will be a robot.”
