Abstract generation in progress

According to Beating monitoring, Google is developing an AI agent codenamed “Remy,” which is seen as its answer to OpenClaw. This tool is an advanced personal assistant for the Gemini app that can carry out real actions on the user’s behalf, rather than just answering questions or generating content. At present, employees are testing it internally, running on an employee-only version of Gemini, with deep integration into various Google services.

Remy is described as a “24/7 personal agent,” suitable for work, school, and everyday life. It can proactively monitor what users care about, handle complex tasks, and learn users’ preferences over time. Google has not published a public release timeline yet, but it is expected to focus on showcasing progress related to AI agents at this month’s I/O conference.
