The official reminder to users is to withdraw on-chain funds as soon as possible before then, especially assets stored in smart contracts like Uniswap, as it will no longer be possible to recover funds through EOA withdrawals after shutdown. Lattice stated that they were unable to achieve a sustainable business model, and related infrastructure projects MUD, Quarry, and Dozer will be fully open-sourced.
