ChainCatcher Nachrichten zufolge hat K Wave Media (Nasdaq: KWM) heute eine Vereinbarung über Wandelanleihen im Wert von 500 Millionen Dollar mit Anson Funds unterzeichnet. Zusammen mit der zuvor vereinbarten Vereinbarung über den Erwerb von Stammaktien im Wert von 500 Millionen Dollar mit Bitcoin Strategic Reserve erhöht sich die Gesamtkapitalfähigkeit auf 1 Milliarde Dollar. Das Unternehmen hat bereits die ersten 88 Bitcoins erworben und plant, mindestens 80 % des Nettogewinns aus der Finanzierung für den Erwerb von Bitcoin zu verwenden, mit dem Ziel, schnell auf 10.000 Bitcoins zu expandieren.
